'A S D T & CO’ is a Chartered Accountants firm founded in 2010 by CA Arpit Jain (formerly known as “A F Jain & Associates”) with a vision to provide full spectrum of professional solutions and build quality practices at clients under one roof. 

The firm is focused towards providing client satisfaction without compromise on professional ethics. The vision of this firm is always to partner with the client in solution finding and work as one team for a sole goal of mutual growth of client and the firm. 

Firm comprises of Three Partners: Mr. Arpit Jain, Mr. Sahil Parikh and Mr. Dharmesh Thakkar, specialized in Indirect Tax (VAT, Service Tax, Excise etc.), Advisory and Assurance (Due Diligence, Audits, Transactional Advisory etc.) and Direct Tax (Income Tax, International Taxation, Litigation etc.) respectively. The Firm is sufficiently manned with support staff and employees to cater smoothly to any kind of services requirements of the Clients.
